Split from #19 (S-18), CLAUDE.md §13. Third of three. Depends on S-18a + S-18b.

Outcome: a RegisterRecord objecttype is defined (public-safe JSON schema — the fields the openbaar register may show) and registered in the Objecttypen API at startup (seeded, like the other config), with a published version. Verified by a smoke check that the objecttype exists and is retrievable. This is the schema S-19 (#20) will write register records against on approval.

Out of scope: writing records to Objecten on approval (S-19, #20).

Definition of Done

  • Failing smoke/verify committed first; implementation makes it pass.
  • Conventional Commits referencing this issue (refs #NN).
  • CI green.
  • docker compose up reaches green health within 3 minutes.
  • Docs touched; ADR if a non-obvious decision (the schema shape is likely ADR/doc-worthy); demo note.
  • Closed by the merging PR (closes #NN).
