Outcome: mkdocs.yml's nav lists every ADR and every runbook, so the published site matches docs/.

The nav stops at ADR-0010 and runbooks/ci.md. ADR-0011…0034 and the Keycloak, OpenZaak, Flowable, Open Notificaties, gitea-actions-gotchas and kubernetes-talos runbooks are all in the repo but not on the site. nav.omitted_files: warn means the build stays green and the gap is invisible.

Also: ADR-0033's header says Slice: (none yet) — #25 exists and closed it.

Definition of Done

A linked Gitea issue exists (this one).
Failing test written and committed first.
Implementation makes the test pass.
Conventional Commit messages referencing this issue (refs #NN).
All Gitea Actions CI jobs green.
Docs touched if behaviour, contracts, or operations changed.
ADR added in docs/architecture/ if a non-obvious decision was made.
This issue closed by the merging PR (closes #NN).
