Mark the completion of Iteration 1 — Walking Skeleton with the first CalVer release.

  • Regenerate CHANGELOG.md via git-cliff for tag v2026.07.0
  • Merge the changelog PR
  • Tag v2026.07.0 on main
  • Publish the Gitea Release with the changelog notes

CalVer YYYY.MM.PATCH → 2026.07.0 (tag v2026.07.0, matching cliff.toml tag_pattern). First release; covers Iterations 0 and 1.
