The shared foundation for the "make impossible states impossible" work:
- assertNever for compile-time exhaustiveness in union switches
- Result<E,T> + ok/err constructors (plain objects, no classes)
- Brand<T,B> for nominal types
No runtime dependency — this is the whole "library".
